At Lockout Supplements, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium fitness apparel and gear. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garment is free of any deodorant marks or scents.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
